Droupadi Murmu scripted history on Thursday after she was elected as India’s first Adivasi President. Congratulatory messages poured in from all corners of the country. To celebrate her win and give her a warm welcome, Amul also shared a doodle on Instagram and it is just too good to miss out on.
Amul shared a doodle to warmly welcome Droupadi Murmu, the 64-year-old President-elect from Odisha. “Murmuther India,” wrote the dairy brand in a creative wordplay on Murmu’s name. “Top position in butters,” reads the text at the bottom in the topical.
The doodle featured a cartoon of Droupadi Murmu outside the Rashtrapati Bhawan in Delhi.
“Welcoming, Madam President,” Amul wrote in the caption.
