Shradha Saini from Bengaluru has gone viral after sharing a detailed breakdown of her monthly expenses, calling it her “Gen Z lifestyle.” Living alone, she spoke candidly about how she prioritises self-care and personal well-being in her day-to-day life.
In the video, Saini begins with smaller indulgences, like buying flowers for herself two to three times a month, which costs her around Rs 2,000. She then highlights what she considers essential, like, therapy sessions. Stressing the importance of mental health, she revealed that she spends nearly Rs 10,000 a month on the sessions.
Her routine also includes carving out time for herself every week. She shared that she goes out for brunch every Sunday, spending close to Rs 2,000 monthly, with weekends largely reserved for unwinding.
Grooming and relaxation form another part of her lifestyle, with expenses including massages, pedicures, and nail appointments, adding up to several thousand rupees each month.
