Lovebirds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are now husband and wife! The star couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in the presence of close friends and family today. The ceremony was held at Vastu, the apartment complex in Mumbai where the couple lives.
Alia looked absolutely elegant in an ivory-and-gold saree by Sabyasachi. Her regal jewellery was also courtesy of the ace designer. For her wedding, Alia was elegant in a hand-dyed ivory organza saree embroidered with fine tilla work. She completed her attire with an embroidered handwoven tissue veil. The jewels that Alia wore were from Sabyasachi’s heritage jewellery collection. The jhumkas and the statement choker as well as the sheesh-patti that Alia wore featured uncut diamonds and hand-strung pearls.
