After hiking the price of its prepaid plans, Airtel now wants to give some respite to users by offering them free 500MB data with selected prepaid plans.
After hiking the price of its prepaid plans, Airtel is now offering free data to its subscribers. Airtel has started giving 500MB of additional data per day with selected prepaid plans. So if you recharge your numbers with Rs. 265, Rs. 299, Rs. 719, and Rs 839 prepaid plans, you will get free 500MB data with your prepaid plans. Airtel revised the tariffs of its prepaid plans which will now start from Rs 99. Although the price of these plans has been hiked, Airtel promises more talk time and more data.
As per TelecomTalk, Airtel is now trying to provide some respite to the subscribers by providing them extra mobile data. It is however not applicable on all prepaid plans. The Rs. 265 Airtel prepaid plan comes with 1.5GB of data per day for 28 days. The Rs 299 prepaid plan offers 2GB daily data for 28 and 84 days, whereas the Rs 839 prepaid plan offers 2.5GB data per day for 84 days. So with Airtel’s new free additional data plan, users will get 500MB on top of their existing data plan.
