Actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas introduces special person, clarifies engagement buzz

Telugu actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas publicly introduced Kavya Reddy by sharing pictures from a private family event. The Telugu actor clarified that the occasion was not an engagement and that formal celebrations will be announced later.

Telugu actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas recently introduced Kavya Reddy as the special person in his life at a private family gathering in Hyderabad. The actor, son of producer Bellamkonda Suresh, had a small ceremony in front of close family members and a few friends from the film fraternity. The event, held on March 9, was to confirm their relationship in an intimate manner but was not an official engagement.

Sreenivas took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message for Kavya, affectionately calling her “Kavyaamma.” He wrote, “To my Kavyaamma, life has its own beautiful timing and mine brought you into my world.”

Media reports initially suggested that an engagement had taken place, prompting Sreenivas to clarify the nature of the event. He addressed the rumours directly in an X post, writing, “And to everyone asking, this was not an engagement, just a small family announcement. The celebrations are yet to begin, and the dates will be announced soon. Your love and support mean the world to me,” providing assurance to his fans.

Both Sreenivas and Kavya wore pastel outfits, with Kavya in an embellished saree and Sreenivas in a simple kurta. The ceremony was limited to immediate family and a select group of industry colleagues, including filmmakers Boyapati Srinu, Gopichand Malineni, and Anil Ravipudi, as well as actor Samyuktha.

According to reports, Sreenivas and Kavya have been in a relationship for several years before making this public announcement. The couple’s decision to take their relationship forward was formalised through this intimate event.
