As many as 35 human rights activists and organisations have condemned Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai over his comments on moral policing, saying that it sends out a "dangerous message" in society.
Thirty-five human rights activists and organisations issued a joint statement condemning Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai over his comments on moral policing, saying that the statement by him was not an innocent one and sends out a "dangerous message" in society.
According to reports, Bommai called the rising moral policing incidents in Karnataka as "actions and reactions" to "hurt sentiments" of society that "needed morality".
