
3 from Rajasthan, 1 from Delhi secure 100 percentile in JEE Main 2026

The National Testing Agency announced the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 results today. 12 candidates achieved a perfect 100 percentiles, and scorecards are now available online.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 results today, February 16.
Candidates who appeared in the January session can now check and download their scorecards from the official portals at nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in using their application number and password or date of birth.
A total of 13,55,293 candidates registered for the exam, including those from centres outside India. Out of these, 13,04,653 candidates appeared, giving an overall attendance of 96.26 per cent.
Among the participants,12 candidates achieved a perfect 100 NTA score (percentile) in Paper 1 (BE/BTech). Among female candidates, Ashi Grewal from Haryana emerged as the highest scorer in Paper 1, securing an NTA score of 99.9969766.

The January session of JEE Main 2026 was conducted between January 21 and January 29. Earlier today, NTA released the final answer keys, which included nine dropped questions across the papers to ensure fairness.
