
2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class launched at Rs 55 lakh

Mercedes-Benz has launched the all-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class in three variants and prices start at Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom). Here are all the details.
Mercedes-Benz has launched the new C-Class in India. The new C-Class will be available in three variants starting with the C 200 which is priced at Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom), followed by the C 220d which is priced at Rs 56 lakh (ex-showroom). The range topper then will be the C 300d which is priced at Rs 61 lakh (ex-showroom).
The C 220d comes with a 200bhp, 440Nm diesel engine while the top-spec C 300d comes with the same engine, but is tuned to offer 265bhp and 440Nm of torque. The entry-level C 200 petrol comes with a new 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine that churns out 204bhp and 300Nm. All three engines come mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox as standard, and also get a 48V mild-hybrid tech with an integrated starter generator system.
The C 200 and C 220d variants of the new C-Class will be available in Avantgarde line, while the C 300d will be available in a sportier AMG-line.
