BMW Motorrad USA updated its BMW CE 04 electric scooter for 2022 with visual updates, a slew of convenient features, a range of 128km on a single charge, and flexible charging options. The Head of Design at BMW Motorrad, Edgar Heinrich, says the 2022 BMW CE 04 sets out to redefine the scooter segment by combining its forward-looking design with superb handling and a high-level of comfort which is useful for the day-to-day commute. The 2022 BMW CE 04 has an avant-garde urban design, with a mixture of traditional styling and modern technology. The low, long body and the diagonally rising front section form an uncluttered silhouette with clear lines, and elaborate details. The flat battery in the underbody frees up space for the side-hinged storage compartment, giving easy access to the helmet as well as the charging cable. Additionally, this storage space can be reached from a sitting position as well. The slim rear end returns in the 2022 update with a swing-arm-mounted number plate holder with lighting. In addition, the side stand is integrated into the styling.
