With 150 students found Covid-positive in the last 10-15 days in Gujarat, 10 schools have been directed to be closed.

In just the last 10-15 days, 150 students in Gujarat have been found to be Covid-positive. In the last 24 hours in Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Bhavnagar, 44 students, including a teacher, have come under the grip of Covid-19 in the midst of the ever-increasing coronavirus cases in Gujarat.

After this, 10 schools including seven in Surat and three in Rajkot have been directed to be closed. The education minister has asked all schools to strictly follow Covid-19 safety protocols.
