1152 students moved Supreme Court for the cancellation of the CBSE Class 12 compartment exam and the adoption of SC-accepted formula for evaluation of Class 10 and Class 12 students.
To cancel the new scheme of board exams, students of Classes 10 and 12 have approached the apex court. As many as 1152 students across the country have approached Supreme Court with a petition for the cancellation of CBSE Class 12 compartment/private/repeaters examinations. In their petition, they prayed for a direction to CBSE to arrive at a mutual formula. Students are demanding to release the results in a time-bound manner.
