A new study by Zoom reveals an insight into the type of post-pandemic world people expect. The study highlights key areas of functioning and how they will evolve as the pandemic lengthens.
As the Covid-hit world observed restrictions in mobility for the past year, cases of loneliness and mental and emotional suffering came to light. A survey of people from several countries now reveals that video conferencing helped them fight these issues. The research was conducted by Zoom and Qualtrics Research. Titled ‘How Virtual Do We Want Our Future to Be?', the study records responses to various questions from a total of 7,689 people across 10 countries. Other than countries like the USA, Singapore, Australia Brazil, and some European nations, 1,007 people from India took the survey.
