Yuvraj Singh, Pathan brothers star as India Legends beat Sri Lanka Legends to win Road Safety World Series

India Legends defeated Sri Lanka Legends by 14 runs in the final of Road Safety World Series final in Raipur on Sunday. Yuvraj Singh, Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan starred in the match for India Legends.

India Legends outshined a dangerous Sri Lanka Legends to win the inaugural Road Safety World Series by 14 runs in Raipur on Sunday. The match saw Yuvraj Singh, Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan rise to the occasion and deliver an all-round perfromance to see off a stiff challenge from the Sri Lanka Legends led by Tillakaratne Dilshan. Chasing a traget of 182, Sri Lanka Legends were at once cruising at 62 for the loss no wicket in 7.1 overs. However, a floodgate of sorts opened once Dilshan (21 off 18) departed. Chamara Silva could manage only 2 before the third wicket fell in the form of a well set Sanath Jayasuriya (43 off 35).
