Yogi Adityanath meets Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi after poll victory

Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated Yogi Adityanath for his win in the UP Assembly election.

Three days after the UP Assembly poll results were declared, Union Home Minister Amit Shah met Yogi Adityanath in New Delhi on Sunday.

Amit Shah congratulated Yogi Adityanath for his win in the UP election. "The way he [Yogi Adityanath] implemented the Centre's welfare schemes for the poor and strengthened the law and order under the guidance of PM Narendra Modi, I am sure that he will continue to serve the state with the same dedication," Amit Shah wrote on Twitter.

Earlier in the day, Yogi Adityanath met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
