The pregnant woman was forced to deliver her baby outside the hospital on Tuesday morning after she was allegedly denied admission to the hospital.

The incident was captured on camera by another patient, who was present on the campus. In the video, trained medical staff of the hospital can be seen performing the woman's delivery outside the obstetrics and gynaecology department of the hospital. Also, a woman can be seen claiming that the pregnant lady was outside the hospital all night as the doctors refused to admit her.
The commission took suo moto cognizance of the matter after it received the video.
WHAT DOES THE NOTICE SAY
In its notice to the Safdarjung hospital, the commission has asked the hospital to furnish details regarding the sequence of events and an inquiry report on the matter.
