A woman was reportedly stabbed to death by her lover in front of her eight-year-old daughter in Indore. The act was caught on CCTV and an investigation has been launched.
A 27-year-old woman was reportedly stabbed to death by her lover in front of her eight-year-old daughter in Indore's Bhanwarkuan area on Sunday evening. The gruesome killing was caught on CCTV. The incident was reported from Palda police station limits at around 8pm, triggering panic in the area.
The victim, identified as Vejayanti alias Sangita, was returning from the market after purchasing vegetables with her daughter when her lover Vinod intercepted them on the pretext of talking to her, Jagran reported. Police said that Vejayanti and Vinod were having a conversation when the latter thrashed her.
