Justin Bieber revealed in a video that he is suffering from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome that results in partial face paralysis.
There has been some grim news for Justin Bieber’s fans as the pop-star revealed that he is suffering from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. It results in partial face paralysis, he said in a video on Saturday. In the clip posted on Instagram, Justin revealed his symptoms and said that he is unable to blink his eyes or smile on one side of his face.
The 28-year-old released the video after it was revealed that his Justice World Tour concert, starting from Toronto, Canada, had been postponed. Come June, Justin was supposed to tour almost 40 countries around the world, including India.
A week back, it was announced that Justin Bieber would be returning to India for the second time in October. He is said to perform at Jawahar Lal Stadium in Delhi. However, with this heart-breaking revelation, it is not clear if the concert in India has been pushed indefinitely as well. The ticket sales for the Delhi concert went live on June 6 on BookMyShow.com. Sources from BookMyShow revealed to IndiaToday.in that there is no intimation from Justin’s agency or team about the concert in India and hence, the preparations are still going on.
“For now, there is no change in our preparations. The show has not been officially cancelled for the October concert. We have yet to hear anything from Justin’s team. There is no change in the announcement and ticket sales, as of now,” a source revealed to IndiaToday.in.
Ramsay Hunt Syndrome affects the facial nerve near the ear and can cause a painful rash as well as paralysis and hearing loss. The syndrome, if treated quickly, can reduce the risk of complications.
