A ‘Dharm Sansad’ or religious assembly held in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur triggered a row after Hindu religious leader Kalicharan Maharaj hailed Nathuram Godse for killing Mahatma Gandhi.
The two-day gathering came to an abrupt end on Sunday after one of its main patrons, Ram Sundar Maharaj, walked off the stage in protest against the abusive words used for Mahatma Gandhi.
