Who ordered explosives in Maharashtra, Telangana, Punjab? Police clueless

The police have so far failed to decode the conspiracy and the motive behind the transportation of the huge quantities of explosives from Punjab to Maharashtra and Telangana.
The mystery around the delivery of explosives and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) to Maharashtra’s Nanded by four Khalistani couriers, who were later arrested by the police in Haryana’s Karnal on May 5, continues.
The police have so far failed to decode the conspiracy and the motive behind the transportation of the huge quantities of explosives from Punjab to Maharashtra and Telangana.
The Telangana Police has also failed to get any lead to arrest those who were about to receive 7.5 kg of RDX, the arms and ammunition which were seized by the police in Karnal.
The accused during questioning revealed that they had supplied two IEDs, three hand grenades and three pistols to Nanded. The weapons were left in a secluded place according to the instructions given by their handlers. The accused have claimed they do not know who the handlers were and that this was the first consignment they could successfully deliver.

The gang was also successful in delivering three IEDs to Chamkaur Sahib in Punjab - their second consignment.
The third consignment with 7.5 kg of RDX, one pistol, 31 live cartridges and over Rs 1.3 lakh was meant to be delivered to Adilabad in Telangana.
