WhatsApp has added new updates to its payments feature. The Facebook-owned messaging app says that the feature will help people in conveying a feeling along with sending money. WhatsApp’s payments background feature looks a lot like Google Pay’s payments background feature. In Gpay, you can add different backgrounds from the option provided by the company while sending money. You will now be able to do similar things on WhatsApp. Notably, the messaging app had first rolled out the payments feature in India in partnership with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). The real-time payment system enables transactions with over 227 banks.
