Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid attended Met Gala 2022 in head-turning outfits. Read on to know what they wore.
Supermodel Gigi Hadid brought oodles of drama to the Met Gala 2022 red carpet as she turned up wearing a scene-stealing red ensemble with a massive puffer jacket. Her sister and model Bella Hadid also put her best fashion foot forward and rocked an all-black look in Burberry separates.
Giving a modish makeover to the Gilded Glamour dress code, Gigi Hadid clad herself in a deep-red latex corset catsuit by Versace. She added an oversized opera coat to amp up the sartorial game. Crafted in a deep jewel-toned burgundy shade, the voluminous puffer coat was truly a dramatic and a head-turning addition to her Met Gala.
According to Versace, Gigi’s corset and the over-exaggerated volume of the jacket confront each other in a decadent display of contrast inspired by the volume and dramatic change in womenswear silhouettes of the late 1800s.
Bella Hadid also wore a corset for Met Gala 2022. The diva wore a custom-designed corset by Burberry featuring a plunging neckline and a body-cinching fit. She added a hearty dose of drama to her look with lace leggings overlaid with a black chiffon skirt. That’s not all. She also wore a chiffon shawl drape, lace gloves and leather footwear to go with her look.
However, her pearl-strewn anklet stole the show for us.
