Water level in Papanasam dam on Tuesday stood at 137.10 feet (the maximum permissible level is 143 ft.) with an inflow of 11,991.44 cusecs and a discharge of 10,977.66 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar dam was 109.40 ft. (118 ft.) with an inflow of 5,000 cusecs and a discharge of 5,000 cusecs.
