The water level in Papanasam dam on Wednesday stood at 83 feet (maximum level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 71.52 cusecs of water, and 300 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 84.88 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 2 cusecs and 45 cusecs of water was discharged.
