A pointsman with the Mumbai division risked his life to save a child from being run over by a train at Vangani railway station on Saturday.
Mayur Shelkhe, who works as a pointsman with the Central Railway (Mumbai division), risked his life to save a child from being run over by a train at Vangani railway station. The incident took place around 5 pm on Saturday (April 17). A Good Samaritan:At Vangani station of Central Railway, Pointsman Mr. Mayur Shelkhe saved the life of a child just in the nick of the time. He tried climbing the platform but couldn't. Pointsman Mayur Shelkhe saw the boy on the railway track and jumped into action.
