A US Department of State report has said that Pakistan did not take action against 2008 Mumbai attacks mastermind Masood Azhar and the attack's “project manager” Sajid Mir.
Pakistan made limited progress to counter terrorism and didn't take steps to prosecute leaders of terrorist organisations targeting India like Masood Azhar, a US Department of State report has said.
In its 'Country Reports on Terrorism 2020' report, the US Department of State said while Pakistan took counter-terror financing steps and restrained India-focused militant groups from conducting attacks, it did not take action against UN-designated terrorist Masood Azhar and 2008 Mumbai attack “project manager” Sajid Mir.
