US military prepares profile of ISIS-K terrorist who attacked Kabul airport: Report

According to a report in the New York Times, US intelligence officials have pieced together a profile of the ISIS-K assailant who carried out the suicide bombing outside the Kabul airport on August 26, 2021.

The US and foreign intelligence officials are focusing on an Islamic State cell responsible for the August 26 suicide blast outside the Kabul airport, in which 13 US Marine soldiers were killed among others.
