UPSC Topper Shubham Kumar has spoken exclusively to India Today and shared his preparation strategy.
UPSC Topper Shubham Kumar, who hails from Kumari Pur village in Katihar District of Bihar, exclusively to India Today. The 24-year-old boy has taken three attempts at civil services exams and last year managed to get the 290th rank. This year “I was not even expecting to make it to the list, forget bagging the top rank,” he said.
“Currently, I am taking training in Pune under Indian Defense Account Services.“
