UP polls: RLD to release manifesto on October 31, alliance options open

The Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) will release its manifesto for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly election on October 31. 

The Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) announced on Wednesday that its manifesto for the upcoming UP assembly election would be released in Lucknow on October 31.

RLD general secretary Trilok Tyagi said that party supremo Jayant Chaudhary would release the manifesto at a grand rally.
