UP Police gets clean chit in Vikas Dubey encounter case, panel seeks probe into official collusion

The inquiry commission probing the Vikas Dubey encounter case has given a clean chit to the Uttar Pradesh Police. The panel has, however, recommended an inquiry against officials colluding with the gangster.
The inquiry commission set up in Bikru case has given clean chit to Uttar Pradesh Police in the encounter killing case of gangster Vikas Dubey and his aides. A three-member inquiry commission constituted under the chairmanship of The Justice (Retd) BS Chauhan submitted a 797-page report on Thursday. After investigating the case for over a year, the Justice Chauhan inquiry commission concluded that no evidence was found against the UP Police.More Related News
