UP Board Class 10 exams decision to be out soon
India Today
Uttar Pradesh Government will soon release the decision on Class 10 Board exams, It has been anticipated due to the Covid-19 situation that students will be promoted without exams.
Uttar Pradesh Board exams might not be conducted this year due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The Secondary Education Council has asked the schools to upload the annual exam of 9th, half-yearly examination of 10th and upload the marks of pre-board on the website. Sources claim the decision is underway to formulate the basis for the possibility of 10th class candidates to promote from the exam. Also, credibility is a question for the UP Board. Last year, class 9 students were promoted without exams, therefore, no marks can be generated when there were no exams. UP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla has issued instructions to all DIOs to send the marks of Class 9 annual exams and this year's pre-board examination by May 24. High level instructions have been cited behind this exercise. Due to this, the government has been finding alternatives to exams.
Students who appeared for the Bihar School Examination Board Class 12 exams can now access their results through multiple platforms, including the India Today Board Results page for smoother and quicker access. With heavy traffic expected on official websites, this alternative option ensures students can check their scores without delays or technical glitches.
