Ukrainian bride in Kashmir appeals to PM Modi to help end war in Ukraine

As the war between Russia and Ukraine entered day 10, a Ukrainian bride in Kashmir appealed to PM Modi to help put an end to the war in her home country.
A Ukrainian bride from Tral, Pulwama in South Kashmir has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to help put an end to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Aliza, who adopted the name Asiya after converting to Islam, said that she is worried about the well-being of her parents living in Ukraine following the Russian invasion of the country.
The mother of two is worried about the safety of her relatives back home in Ukraine, where the continuous attacks have claimed the lives of thousands of civilians.
Asiya, who is from Ukraine, married a Kashmiri businessman, Bilal Ahmad from Mandura Tral, five years back. She is now a mother of two and has been living in Kashmir since then.
Speaking to India today, Asiya said she is very worried about her parents in Ukraine and appealed to PM Narendra Modi to help in stopping the Russian attack in Ukraine.
"I appeal to PM Modi ji to interfere between Russia and Ukraine to end the war," she told India today.
