A UK travel vlogger praised Kerala as one of India's most underrated destinations, with his now-viral video showing its serene beauty and sparking debate online.
A travel vlogger from the United Kingdom shared a video of his experience in Kerala, calling it one of the most underrated places in India—and questioning why more tourists don’t visit it.
Shared by Jack Heaton, who posts snippets of his travel documentaries on his official Instagram account, he showed a side of India that several viewers said they hadn’t seen before.
In the clip, Jack began by speaking directly to the camera, standing against a serene backdrop of Kerala’s lush surroundings. “India seriously needs sack whoever is in charge of their tourist advertisement,” he says, gesturing around him as if to emphasise the beauty of the place.
As he continued, “I'm in Kerala right now, and it's crazy that 95% of tourists never come here,” the camera panned slightly, capturing the calm, scenic environment around him, far from the chaos.
“They only ever see the chaotic north, but look at this, it is absolutely stunning,” he added, turning the camera outward to show the greenery and tranquil setting.
The video then transitioned indoors, where he excitedly walked toward a dining setup. “But it gets even better inside,” he says, as the camera follows him into a traditional space.
