
Two-day conference on maternal, neonatal emergency care begins at Yashoda Hospitals in Hyderabad

National conference in Hyderabad unites over 1,000 healthcare professionals to advance maternal and neonatal emergency care practices.
A two-day national medical conference and workshop on maternal and neonatal emergency critical care is being organised at Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad, bringing together more than 1,000 healthcare professionals to discuss clinical preparedness and management of life-threatening complications affecting mothers and newborns.
Titled “Maternal Emergencies & Neonatal Critical Care – Real Case, Real Decisions,” the conference is being held on March 14 and 15. Speaking at the event, G. S. Rao, managing director of Yashoda Hospitals, said rapid decision-making and coordination between different medical specialties are essential when managing maternal and neonatal emergencies.
Experts shared their experiences through interactive sessions, case-based discussions and practical demonstrations aimed at strengthening the clinical skills of participating doctors.
Participants attending the conference were awarded two credit points from the Telangana Medical Council (TGMC) as part of their Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme.
