Tom Cruise's Top Gun Maverick has opened to positive reviews. The film got a grand premiere at the 75th Cannes Film Festival with a 10-minute-long standing ovation. The much-anticipated sequel to 1986’s Top Gun, has Tom Cruise reprising the role of Pete Maverick. The film earned a mere Rs 4.75 crore in 2 days at the Indian box office.
Tom Cruise's Top Gun Maverick made headlines after its grand premiere at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. Released on May 27, the film's business in India has been badly affected by Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Anek. Top Gun Maverick earned Rs 4.75 crore in 2 days. On the other hand, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is doing great business and is expected to enter the Rs 100 crore club soon.
