Terrorists have targeted and killed 11 civilians in the Kashmir valley over the past two weeks. The attacks have triggered a series of encounters between security forces and suspected terrorists.
The situation in Jammu and Kashmir is tense as terrorists continue to target civilians in brutal attacks. With a number of the victims being minorities or non-locals, the attacks have sparked fear among civilians.
As many as 11 killings over the last fortnight have triggered a crackdown on terrorists by J&K Police and the Army.

In 2025, the Mizoram CM said Ukraine war veterans were using the state to enter Myanmar. The arrest of 7 foreign nationals by the NIA has prompted experts to suggest that the incidents might be connected.
