Amanatullah Khan was arrested after raids in connection with irregularities in Delhi Waqf Board recruitment.
Kejriwal took to Twitter to oppose Amanatullah Khan’s arrest and wrote, “First they arrested Satyendra Jain. They were not able to present any evidence even after repeatedly asking the court. Then they conducted a raid on Manish's house but nothing was found. Now Amanatullah has been arrested, many more MLAs will be arrested.”
The AAP had also reacted to Amanatullah’s arrest and said it was a conspiracy to implicate the MLA in a false case and defame the party.
