The trailer of Laal Singh Chaddha has created quite a hullabaloo on social media. Internet found a stark similarity between Aamir Khan's Laal and his Dhoom 3 character Samar.

The much-awaited trailer of Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha was released on Sunday, May 29. The film, which is scheduled to hit the theatres on August 11, has been directed by Advait Chandan and written by Eric Roth and Atul Kulkarni. The trailer of the film has created quite a hullabaloo on social media. For the right reasons or not, you decide. After the trailer was released, while a section of the internet couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful it looked, others found a stark similarity between Aamir’s Laal and his Dhoom 3 character Samar.

Aamir Khan’s expression in Laal Singh Chaddha's trailer reminded Twitter of Dhoom 3. There were several tweets that mentioned that they saw glimpses of Samar in Aamir’s Laal. Twitter couldn’t help but compare Aamir’s expression in the trailer to that of Samar. Dhoom 3 even booked a spot on the Twitter trends list.
