A fodder-laden truck went out of control and overturned on a highway in Madhya Pradesh’s Rajgarh, with a video capturing the moments before the incident and the police’s swift action that helped avert a major tragedy.
The incident occurred on National Highway 52 near the Jalpa Mata Temple, where many devotees had gathered due to the ongoing Chaitra Navratri.
The truck, loaded with straw beyond its capacity, began swerving dangerously while moving towards the temple stretch. Eyewitness visuals show the vehicle tilting and rolling sideways on the road as bystanders shouted for it to stop.
Police personnel on duty, including Dial-112 head constables Mohin Khan, Chandrabhan Gurjar, and Satish Bhilala, assessed the situation immediately and sensed an imminent accident. They parked their vehicles across the road to halt traffic from both directions and repeatedly warned people to stay back.
Despite the warnings, the truck driver continued moving, and moments later, the vehicle overturned on the highway, leaving those present stunned.
The video shows that the timely intervention by the police prevented what could have been a far more serious incident, especially given the crowd in the area.

On March 18, Israel struck a gas field in Iran. Tehran responded in a matter of hours, striking refineries in several Gulf countries. What explains this sharp, quick counter-attack capability of a country whose military infrastructure has supposedly been severely degraded? The answer lies in a cheap drone and a dispersed military.
