
Telangana government extends summer holidays for schools, DIET colleges

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Telangana government has extended the summer holidays for schools and DIET colleges till June 20.
Amid the second wave of Covid-19, the Telangana Education Department has decided to extend the summer holidays for schools and DIET colleges till June 20, 2021. Earlier, classes were scheduled to restart from June 16. The Directorate of School Education of Telangana has issued a notice regarding the same. The notice reads: "All the Heads of Departments, Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that orders were issued to extend the summer holidays till June 15, 2021, vide ref 5th cited, Government has carefully reviewed the situation and it is decided to extend the holidays for all the Schools and DIET Colleges in the state till June 20, 2021," as reported by ANI.
Students who appeared for the Bihar School Examination Board Class 12 exams can now access their results through multiple platforms, including the India Today Board Results page for smoother and quicker access. With heavy traffic expected on official websites, this alternative option ensures students can check their scores without delays or technical glitches.
