A new report by the University of Zurich has found out that school closures have led to more sleep and a better quality of life for adolescents. While adding that the school closure did have a negative effect on the health and well-being of many young people, the report found out that due to longer sleeping hours in the morning, many teenagers reported improved health and health-related quality of life.
