Tamil Nadu extends lockdown till Aug 23, prohibits public worship for 3 days

The Tamil Nadu government has announced that the Covid-19 lockdown will continue in the state till August 23.

The Tamil Nadu government has extended the ongoing Covid-induced lockdown in the state till August 23 with some new restrictions. As per the new guidelines, all places of worship will remain closed for the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
