Tamil Nadu advocate attending virtual hearing seen in compromising position with woman

The advocate, who was seen in a compromising position with a woman, has been suspended from practicing in any court. The Madras High Court has also initiated a suo motu contempt proceeding against him.

The Madras High court was in for a shock recently when an advocate who appeared for virtual hearing was seen in a compromising position with a woman. The MHC has now initiated contempt proceedings against the advocate.

The incident happened in Justice Ilanthiraiyan's court proceedings. An advocate, who appeared through virtual hearing, was found in a compromising position with a woman.
