Supertech has moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the demolition order the court had pronounced for the two disputed 40-storey towers at its Emerald Court housing project in Noida.
Supertech has proposed an alternative plan to demolish only one of the two towers and has also claimed that they could save several crores from being wasted and also prove to be “beneficial for the environment”.
