Panneerselvam, Dhinakaran wants Stalin to resolve issues
In a statement, former Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam criticised Mr. Stalin over his alleged silence over reported Kerala officials’ action preventing TN counterparts in the maintenance of Mullaperiyar dam. He questioned Mr. Stalin’s alleged reluctance in taking up the issue with his Kerala counterpart.
“The Kerala CM should have reacted strongly to Kerala’s anti-TN actions. But, he is not doing so,” Mr. Panneerselvam charged. He further referred to media reports about the scheduled participation in the valedictory of the Vaikom Satyagraha centenary celebrations.
“During this meeting, the Chief Minister should point out the Supreme Court judgment and that Kerala officials were preventing the maintenance of Mullaperiyar dam. If possible, he should take it up on the stage and resolve the issue,” Mr. Panneerselvam contended.
