News agency ANI reported on Sunday that one of the three accused have been arrested while two others are still at large. The black Mercedes bears a Chandigarh registration number. The Mercedes driver, eyewitnesses said, lost control over the vehicle and first hit two cyclists before hitting the cab and finally crashing into an iron railing.
