Election officials accepted the first filled-in enumeration form for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Kerala on Kerala Formation Day on Saturday. Jaya, a resident of the Podiyam tribal settlement in Kuttichal panchayat in the district, became the first person to fill and return the enumeration form, the office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) said.
