Through this video, the union minister urged everyone to educate their daughters. The cute animated video begins with a little girl standing with a sad face and a broomstick in her hand. She has tears rolling down her eyes. However, her torn and tattered dress is replaced with a new school uniform and instantly her face lights up. “Give your daughters wings to fly. #BetiBachaoBetiPadhao (sic),” Smriti Irani wrote sharing the video.
