According to sources, the Udaipur beheading case is likely to figure in the political resolution which is expected to be presented on the second day. Earlier, Vasundhara Raje, the BJP national vice president and former Rajasthan Chief Minister, said during a press conference that the national convention meeting would discuss “every important political development in the country”.
However, the main agenda of the meeting is to present the party’s achievements as an example to the voters of Telangana so they can challenge the Telangana Rashtra Samithi’s (TRS) K Chandrashekar Rao in the upcoming polls.
The condolence message also mentioned Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead in Punjab's Mansa district on May 29, a day after the Punjab government pruned the security cover of the singer and 423 people temporarily.
