In her Monday motivation post on Instagram, Shilpa Shetty shared a new yoga video with her fans and followers.
Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest celebrities in B-town. She swears by yoga to maintain her well-being and inspires her millions of fans to keep themselves healthy and fit as well. With her latest Instagram post, the actress doled out a hearty dose of Monday motivation.
The fitness enthusiast started her week with a yoga session. She shared a glimpse of the same and revealed how she ensures to keep monotony at bay from her daily routine. In the video that Shilpa Shetty shared, she was seen performing several asanas including Gatyatmak Anjaneyasana and Baddha Trikonasana.
“Any routine begins to feel boring when monotony sets in. So, if you ever feel demotivated because of your daily routine, make sure you keep experimenting with something new instead of dropping the habit altogether. This is exactly what keeps me dedicated to Yoga. I love practicing different combinations of asanas that focus on the mind, body, and soul. Today, the flow of asanas included Gatyatmak Anjaneyasana and Baddha Trikonasana,” she wrote in the caption.

She also shared the benefits of the aforementioned asanas.
“This combination helps strengthen quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. It also opens up hip flexors, improves balance & flexibility; while it also helps in stretching and strengthening of the ankles, knee, thighs, and torso. Its additional benefit is that it improves digestion too (sic),” she added
“Like I always say, Yoga se hi hoga,” she wrote while concluding the caption.
