Shibani Dandekar quashes pregnancy rumours after wedding with Farhan Akhtar. Says 'It was the tequila'

Amid pregnancy rumours, Shibani Dandekar posted a video of her flat tummy and clarified that she is not expecting a baby. She got married to Farhan Akhtar on February 19.

It was on February 19 when Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar got married in Mumbai’s Khandala in an intimate vow ceremony. Farhan’s friend-cum-partner, Ritesh Sidhwani, hosted a reception for the couple and several B-Town stars on February 25. Soon after, Shibani posted many photos from a shoot with Farhan where netizens asked if the former was pregnant. Amid pregnancy rumours hardly 10 days after her wedding, Shibani clarified the same in her Instagram stories.

Shibani Dandekar and Farhan Akhtar posed for gorgeous photos recently. Shibani shared many pictures from the shoot and wrote “The Akhtars @faroutakhtar (sic).” But netizens took to the comment section and asked if Shibani was pregnant. The newlywed actress-model took to her Instagram stories and posted a video of her flat tummy and wrote, “I am woman! I am nottttt pregnant! It was the tequila (sic).”

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar’s mehendi ceremony was all about love, flower showers, giggles and happiness. Sharing photos of the indelible mehendi ceremony featuring the couple’s loved ones, Shibani wrote, “Two of best friends, my sisters, my protectors, my lifers, threw me the most incredible mehendi! I felt the love and energy hard in the room that might! (sic).”

Further adding, “For standing by me through my wedding and through my life @payalsinghal @nehalikotian the love is beyond deep! You both have wanted this for me for as long as I know so I guess your dreams came true! No words to describe your love and loyalty, only happy tears thank you for this! I’ll cherish the memory forever! (sic).”
